At NWTN Home, we want you to love your space. If your new furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original NWTN Home packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
